My 2025 “In’s & Out’s”

As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what worked, what didn’t, and how I want to step into the new year. This past year brought growth, challenges, and lessons I’ll carry with me, but I’m ready to embrace 2025 with clarity and intention.

Here my little list of “ins and outs” for the new year - habits I’m welcoming into my life and ones I’m leaving behind.

  • Waking up early - to set the tone for my day & embrace the calm

  • Yoga - for balance, focus & strength

  • Daily reading - for growth & inspiration

  • Practicing gratitude

  • Intentional self reflection - for clarity & purpose

  • Consistent routines - to feel grounded & find peace in my daily flow

  • Staying present

  • Celebrating small wins - because progress matters!

  • Building stronger connections with my community

Outs

  • Late nights that steal time & energy from my mornings

  • Doom scrolling my time away

  • Saying “yes” to everything & overbooking myself

  • Comparing my path to someone else’s highlight reel

  • Living with unnecessary & overwhelming clutter

  • Overthinking instead of taking action

  • Procrastination that delays my goals

  • FOMO - because I’m exactly where I need to be

Each of these is a reminder to stay grounded, focus on what truly matters, and make space for what fuels my mind, body, and soul. Here’s to a fresh start in 2025 - a year of growth, intention, and meaningful connections ✨💫
